The Person Behind the Process

What makes working with Ray different?

Personal Favorites

I have an obsession with music. From Billie Holiday to Billie Eilish, The Go-Go’s to Lady Gaga, heavy metal to house music. I’ve met Adele and six other Grammy winners. Feel free to ask me about it if you have an hour or two.

That passion isn’t separate from the work. Great teams function a lot like great ensembles. Different instruments. Shared rhythm. The ability to listen deeply, navigate tension, and create something better together than any individual could alone. That lens shapes how I show up with groups.
