Assessments for Self-Discovery and Higher Team Performance
The right assessment for the moment
Insight
I use carefully chosen personality and team assessments that give people clear, non-judgmental insight into how they think, act, and work with others.
Language
The goal is practical: more self-awareness, a sharper view of strengths and development areas, and a shared language the team can actually use.
Roadmap
Together, these tools give individuals and teams a roadmap for better collaboration, not just interesting results that sit on a shelf.
The tools I facilitate
Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)
A powerful tool used around the world to improve the quality of working relationships. The SDI shows how people are motivated when things are going well and how their motives shift during conflict. Teams gain a shared picture of values, strengths, conflict triggers, and overdone strengths. Results are quick, actionable, and non-judgmental. Organizations report greater understanding, acceptance, and collaboration.
Emotional Intelligence
EQ-i 2.0
A reliable assessment of the emotional and social skills that shape how we perceive and express ourselves, build relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information effectively. Managing emotions well is foundational to leadership effectiveness and team performance. An EQ 360 option is also available for deeper multi-rater insight.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The most widely recognized framework for understanding core personality preferences. It helps people see how they focus energy, gather information, make decisions, and structure their lives. Benefits include improved self-awareness, better communication, stronger teamwork, and clearer insight into organizational culture and influence styles.
Team Performance Inventory (TPI)
An online diagnostic completed by all team members across six performance domains: External Alignment, Unified Purpose, Agreed Approach, Quality Conversations, Effective Relationships, and High-Performance Mindset. The report gives the team a clear, collective view of strengths and the areas that most need attention so development efforts stay focused.
