How I help
I work with leaders and teams at Fortune 100 companies, the U.S. military, government agencies, and major universities. After serving tens of thousands of people, the brief is usually the same: strengthen how people work together so the organization can execute.
My work builds self-awareness and relationship intelligence so interactions get more productive, and the team gets measurable results. We also have fun doing it.
Every program is custom-tailored and highly interactive. People learn by doing, so I incorporate assessments, group activities, discussion, and stories they can use back at work.

Team Development
Teams stall when motivations clash and conflict goes unmanaged. Teams will learn a shared language for strengths and pressure points so they waste less time on friction and more time executing. This is the same work I’ve done with corporate, government, and military teams that have to perform under pressure.
Leadership Development
Managers often get the role before the skills. This work builds self-awareness and interpersonal skill so leaders can handle hard conversations earlier and get better performance from their teams.
I’ve used it with new managers and senior leaders in Fortune 100, legal, financial, and public-sector settings.
Individual Coaching
Some issues aren’t a workshop problem. Coaching sharpens how one person works with others, creating less friction and more consistent results. I coach leaders who already carry significant responsibility and need the working relationships around them to keep up.
Conflict Management
Unclear communication and poorly handled conflict cost time and decisions. Participants leave with tools to speak clearly, listen accurately, and address differences before they harden. That’s been especially useful in high-stakes environments, from law firms and financial institutions to healthcare and the military.
